So, I’ve decided to only weigh myself every other week… It is way too easy for me to get frustrated when my progress pics and how I’m feeling are getting better and better, yet the scale doesn’t move or goes up a pound or so… I consistently stay at around 200 or just over, but I see a slightly higher number and immediately think I need to drop my calorie intake or beat myself up for going over the day or two before. Totally not worth it.
I do believe that things that get tracked, get improved on, so I am definitely sticking with the calorie counter and my calories burned, but I’m trying to give myself a little time between stepping on the scale so that I can actually see a difference. I most definitely don’t worry about BMI since that bullshit always tells me I’m obese! I just am not that tall and have more muscle than most guys my height and age. And guess what?!?! Muscle weighs more than fat bitches. LOL.
