I didn’t end up hitting the gym yesterday, so my calorie deficit was not what I wanted, but that’s ok. I got some rest and relaxation in.

I made up for it today though. It is now noon and I already got the following done:

  1. Went to my 7am meeting
  2. Haircut
  3. Gym
  4. Nails done
  5. Dogs walked

Now to have a relaxing afternoon after I eat some lunch. Not too shabby to have 700 active calories burned before half the day is over!
