Well, after the last 3 weeks of completely falling off of my diet and exercise routines, I’m finally getting back to it. Being out of town for a few weeks while dealing with family stuff really messed with me. My diet, exercise, work-life, dancing, etc. all suffered. The thing is that I can get those things back to where they were, and I’m ok with that. What I’m actually the most happy about is that I’m finally feeling like myself mentally. I always need to stick with my schedule for my mental health, but I always forget how much better I feel mentally and physically when I get to do my physical activities. I slept well for the first time in weeks last night and actually got up 10 minutes before my alarm. When I hit the snooze a bunch, that is always a big indicator that I’m going to be off for the day. Hopefully, the good vibes trend will continue throughout the day, and I can get all the shit done that I want to. ๐
